Education is very important to Truly Irish. To date Truly Irish has welcomed 100s of students through its doors for educational school tours, work placements, veterinary hands on experience and to television companies for documentaries. We believe that everyone should know where their food comes from. Not all food products are Irish so it is important people make informed choices in their shopping.

Our aim is to supply every school in Ireland with and informative DVD about pig farming and where their food comes from. We will do this in conjunction with Agri-aware. Watch this space.

Placement

We give full commitment to third level placements for veterinary surgeons and pig industry service providers of the future. Students on Truly Irish placements come from a variety of courses – agriculture, animal science and veterinary medicine from universities in Ireland and abroad.
